Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays or emergencies can occur, which can make keeping an appointment difficult. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations will incur in the deposit fee to be charged, but you can still use that deposit as part of the payment during your next appointment.

Late Arrival:

If you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us as soon as possible at info@bioscan.ie or call us on 0858328789 to inform us of your late arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you with an alternative appointment time.
